February Bulletin #1
Before we hop into this month's calendar, I wanted to share a few things:
- A reminder about Village Code 245-10 C: No parking on any Village street from November 1 – April 1 between the hours of 12:00am and 7:00am.
- The cafe in town has reopened under new owners and a new name (Molto Molto). They are working hard to improve operational efficiency, food quality/options, etc., and would love your business and feedback. I've already noted some improvements and changes that I'm loving and I hope you'll stop in!
- Some Walton residents have noted the need for new village Christmas decorations and are raising funds for this in partnership with the Walton Chamber of Commerce. You can find out more on the Chamber's Facebook page.
- Don't forget; no school February 20th - 24th for Winter Recess.
- Check out the Bushel Collective newsletter for February for some more events in Delhi.

Book Club Discussion @ 7:00 PM (William B. Ogden Free Library)
Our book club will be meet on the lower level of the library. This month we are reading “Red at the Bone” by Jacqueline Woodson ©2019.
Two families from different social classes are joined together by an unexpected pregnancy and the child that it produces. As the book opens in 2001, it is the evening of sixteen-year-old Melody's coming of age ceremony in her grandparents' Brooklyn brownstone. Watched lovingly by her relatives and friends, making her entrance to the music of Prince, she wears a special custom-made dress. But the event is not without poignancy. Sixteen years earlier, that very dress was measured and sewn for a different wearer: Melody's mother, for her own ceremony -- a celebration that ultimately never took place.
